The management of claims and controlling loss exposures are key to a successful risk management program. Our claims staff is available to assist in whatever way possible. For clients with higher levels of claim activity, we recommend scheduling periodic claim reviews so as to discuss individual claims as well as to spot re-occurring claims that might point to areas where loss control can aid in modifying a hazardous exposure.

We will assist in the management of the claim process in the unfortunate event that you sustain a severe loss. We will work on your behalf with the insurance company's adjuster to help in the settlement of the claim.

We have access to top loss control experts through insurance carriers and independent loss control specialists. We do not take the approach that "one size fits all" when it comes to loss control.
